CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

We are looking for candidates to join our international Customer Services Team. Our company is interested in competent candidates who are able to work under pressure in multitasking environment and who want to further develop their personal skills and expertise.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Interact with customers by phone, email or live chat to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High typing speed
  • Being able to work effectively as part of a team is crucial
